Calgary Artists' Studios
This intimate space nestled in Inglewood, one of the oldest communities in Calgary, doubles as a studio and fully-functional gallery showing vivid and dynamic paintings in various stages of development, by artist David Grudniski. Occasionally featuring other artists. Sat/Sun noon - 4 pm.
Contemporary work in wood. Gordon Galenza is an established artist, craftsman and designer of studio furniture, fine boxes, accessories and mixed media sculptural pieces. His work has been shown in Canada and the United States and resides in collections in both countries. Located in Calgary, Alberta. By appointment only.
Specializing in urban and rural landscape photography, Steve’s elegantly composed images exhibit a strong sense of design and balance. His work hangs in many private homes and corporate offices in Canada and the US. He is currently working on long-term projects focusing on images of southern Alberta and a book on rural China. Noted for her spirited desire to connect with the land and the resulting strong and vibrant landscapes, Boulay says the start of every painting finds her deeply engaged with nature. Detailed graphite sketches are developed which later evolve into finished works (primarily acrylic on canvas), in her Calgary home/studio. Originals and giclée reproductions are available and commissions welcome.
From his base in the Gatineau region of Quebec, Michael often travels and paints over extended periods in Western Canada. A show of his paintings on the "Badlands" theme, recently hosted by the Canadian Museum of Nature, will tour through Alberta during the fall and winter of 2006/2007 to Medicine Hat (Cultural Centre Gallery), Red Deer (Kerry Wood Nature Centre) and Lethbridge (Yates Memorial Centre).

Marianna Mikhaylyan is a Canadian artist of Russian-Armenian origin. In 1995, she graduated as an artist in applied arts at the Moscow Academy. Since then, she has participated in various art shows in Russia, Europe, USA and Canada.
