Dashmesh Culture Centre is located in Calgary’s northeast neighborhood of Martindale. The centre was completed in 1989 and serves as the main Gurdwara for Calgary’s Sikh community.
This historic church is one of the few remaining buildings of the original Eau Claire district along the Bow River in downtown Calgary. Built in 1924 by landed Norwegians, the church is a simple wooden structure and a reminder of past years amidst downtown's looming skyscrapers. Sunday worship is held regularly.
This 500-seat Catholic Church first opened in 1930 after almost 20 years of the parish’s desire for a more permanent and larger building. The church’s interior features numerous pieces of artwork including more than 50 stained glass works, numerous colorful mosaics, and a variety of ornamental objects.
Designed for those who do not enjoy attending church services, the Calgary Worship Centers offers a Christian community with a variety of worship programs including Sunday service and weekly meetings. The community aims to create a comfortable and pleasant environment for worship.
Our Lady Of Fatima Catholic Church is a small congregation of Portuguese and Brazilians who are devoted to Our Lady of Fatima. Other Canadians devoted to Our Lady of Fatima are also welcome in the church.
The Anglican Parish of Christ Church Calgary offers Sunday and Wednesday church services.
St. Stephen’s, the originator of the citywide program Inn from the Cold, is an Anglican church located just outside downtown Calgary. The church features stained glass windows throughout as well as a Casavant pipe organ.
Initially completed in 1889 as a sandstone structure, St. Mary’s Cathedral now constitutes a gothic style building where the only remains of the first church are four bells originally cast in France. The cathedral interior also features mosaics and marble imported from Italy, stained glass from Germany, and bronze works from Ireland.
The building’s central tower features a 16-foot-tall statue of the Virgin Mary with Child, which was designed by a Calgary sculptor. Construction of the current structure began in 1955 when the sandstone building was demolished. It was finally completed in 1957 with its official consecration in December of that year.
Centre Street Church offers worship services on Saturdays at 6:30pm and Sundays at 9am, 11am and 6pm. All are welcome.
First Alliance Church is located in Calgary's southeast. They have a rich history and have been in Calgary for more than 60 years. The congregation is made-up of many different cultures and generations. They offer weekend services featuring a varying mix of drama, dance, music, video and personal life stories.
This spiritualist centre offers Sunday evening services that include healing and meditation. Founded in 1986, the centre also offers private readings, development circles, and holds various activities and events throughout the year.
This Buddhist centre was first established in Calgary in 2003 and offers the teachings of Je Tsongkhapa. The centre provides services that include guided meditations, teachings, and classes.
Hillhurst United Church is located in the northwest community of Kensington. They are an inclusive community of faith that follows in the Way of Jesus and welcomes everyone to their church regardless of age, gender identity, health, race, sexual orientation, differing abilities, religious or ethnic background or economic circumstance.
The Calgary Branch of the Dharma Realm Buddhist Association took form in l987. Dedicated to bringing the teachings of the Buddha to the West, the dharma center offers education in meditation, formal ceremonies and lectures on the sutras of Mahayana Buddhism.
Our temple is dedicated to the preservation of Tibetan Buddhism of Nalanda tradition and make available its precious teachings to all who seek to live happy and meaningful lives and become instrumental in promoting peace and harmony among all people.

Scarboro United Church is located on Scarboro Avenue in southwest Calgary. The church is made up of a community of risk-takers, adventurers, and explorers in contemporary Christian living. The current church building dates back to 1929.
River Park Church is located in southwest Calgary. They are always welcoming new members to their church and offer a friendly and relaxing atmosphere. They welcome all to their Sunday worship service which begins at 10am. For those with children they offer a nursery for infants and toddlers during the service, and kids ages 3 through grade 5 can be brought downstairs for Sunday School.
The Temple B'nai Tivah is a Jewish place of worship located in South West Calgary.
Located in the downtown core, Calgary Full Gospel Church offers its members celebratory worship services on Sundays. The community is made up of a diverse people, all of whom can enjoy services such as a variety of women’s ministry groups, youth groups and prayer meetings.
Hope Lutheran Church is located in the northwest neighbourhood of Brentwood. They offer Sunday service at 8:45am and 11am. They also offer worship service on Wednesday nights at 7:30pm.
Mary, Mother of the Redeemer Parish is an Italian and English language Catholic Church that first opened in 1985 after the growing need of two Calgary parishes for a larger facility. The building’s interior features a pipe organ, a number of paintings, and various statues throughout.
Holding a service every Sunday morning at 10:00am, North West Family Church welcomes all to join.
Built in 1904 in downtown Calgary, Central United Church features a multitude of programs for parishioners and members of the surrounding community. This includes noon-hour jazzercise, a space for prayer for downtown Muslims, and numerous recovery programs.
The Cathedral Church of the Redeemer was built in 1905 and was designated as an Alberta Heritage Site in 1974. Myanmar Buddhist Temple is the home to a faith-based community organization, providing social, cultural and spiritial programs and services with the community and beyond.
The McDougal United Church holds a worship service every Sunday morning at 9:50am. All are welcome.
This is one of Calgary's oldest churches built of sandstone dating back to the early 1900s. The church also features beautiful stained glass windows. Grace Presbyterian Church is located in southwest Calgary on 15th Avenue.
While worship at St. Thomas More Parish began in 1979, the community did not acquire an official site until 1985 when the first mass was celebrated at the church’s current location. This Catholic Church offers a number of weekday and weekend services.
